1.You have joined Changfeng since the beginning of the establishment of the company, and witnessed the growth of Changfeng, please talk about your feelings?
The past time is still vivid, remember the company was founded at the beginning, the company only 10 people, the lack of research and development equipment, research and development funds are tight, difficult, then we only think about how to survive. However, over the past decade, we have never given up, the company's leadership is forward-looking, committed to the international research and development, production and market layout of respiratory system inhalation preparations, we have grown from nothing, from small to large, and now the company has expanded to more than 500 people, and completed the F round of financing, which is quite difficult for entrepreneurial enterprises. Today's Changfeng stands at the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry, and the future development prospects are unlimited. But the success of the enterprise depends on the hard work of all our staff, I believe that under the joint efforts of all employees, everyone is one mind, hard work, the company's future will be infinitely brilliant.
2.What have you learned during your years with the company?
When I joined Changfeng, I had just graduated. In Changfeng, I had the honor to join the research and development team for more than 10 years. At the beginning, I focused on drug research and development. Within a short period of time, I had the opportunity to experience the full cycle of drug research and development. At the same time, relying on Changfeng's internationalization strategy, I also had the honor to participate in foreign projects, which enabled me to accumulate rich experience in research and development. Later, I gradually moved from professional technology to management position, which was a great challenge for me. Managing myself was quite different from managing others, but the leaders of the company gave me great support and help. Now I have grown into a team leader, leading more than 100 R & D personnel, responsible for a number of dosage forms of R & D projects, which is the company's great trust and recognition of me.
3.What is the reason that you have chosen to develop in the long wind?
There are many reasons why each of us chooses to stay in a company for development, but these are all due to their different expectations and visions of work, some people pursue a relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere, and some people pursue greater work challenges. Over the years, I choose to stay in Changfeng because the company has given me what I want. I can grow rapidly on this platform, I can engage in the career I love and am good at, I can fight alongside a group of like-minded people with common goals, and I also have the opportunity to share the benefits of the company.
